Our feature item for June was a 1.5” enamel adventure pin. These pins were a mystery, even to us! Each package could have included a D20 pin or meeple pin or something else entirely. We told our members to rip open that cool package and find out, and to then stick that premium enamel puppy onto a jacket, backpack, con bag, lanyard, or whatever other gear needed some RPG flair. The rubber backing helps keep it stuck on good.
RPG Dice Pencil Box Set with Colored Pencils – Dungeon Crate Exclusive
The Dungeon Crate packing crew ooh’d and ah'd over the Pencil Box Set this month. A Dungeon Crate exclusive, this set starts with a handsome wood box emblazoned with a set of polyhedral dice and comes loaded with a dozen (sharpened) colored pencils, a smart pencil sharpener, and is capped off by a handy ruler that slides in to create its lid. Take out the pencils and you can use it as a hard-sided travel case for your dice!
Mystery Color RPG Dice Set
Speaking of dice, we know and love (and might also be) dice goblins so the 7-Piece Polyhedral Dice Set in Organza Bag that came in every crate this month was fun to give away. We suggested folks use the dice to roll up a new character, give them to a newb who wants to get started playing, or simply add them to their growing hoard of clickity clackity math rocks. Each full set included the D20, D12, D10, D10 (00-90), D8, D6, and D4 in a colorful organza drawstring bag.

Minis like this Male Wizard Resin Miniature by Brite Minis and Omaha 3D Prints are a mainstay in our crate. This detailed mini sculpt by Brite Minis was printed of resin by our friends at Omaha 3D Prints. With his staff raised high and his beard flowing impressively, this wizard is ready for battle and may be painted or played as-is.
DnD Level 6 Encounter by Dungeon Doodles -- Dungeon Crate Exclusive
Dungeon Crate wouldn’t be the best RPG loot crate on the market if it didn’t include an original encounter. This month it was Madness of the Moon, a 6th Level 5E encounter written by our own Dungeon Doodles. This original level 6 one-shot was designed for DnD 5E but with a few modifications, it can be played with most any fantasy TTRPG.
Here’s what adventurers were up against: The forest has gone dark. The great moon elk that once lit the night with their majestic beauty, have all but disappeared. Villages have sent requests for aid, but all pleas for help have gone unanswered. Can your adventurers find a way to restore balance to the forest?
Magical Item and Character 5E Stat Cards – Dungeon Crate Exclusive
Part of the magic of our encounters and full length adventures are the illustrated stat cards that we create to go with them. Each full-color illustrated card gives players a visual on the front and has handy, quick-reference 5E stats on the back for Game Masters.
The June 2023 Dungeon Crate included a cloak of wealth magical stat card and a moon elk creature stat card that we think would make a rad tattoo.
