Since our encounter had an elvish vibe, and we’re headed into con season, we presented everyone with their own locally-harvested set of Cosplay Elf Ears! These are the same soft, comfortable latex elf ears we wear at the store and everyone is delighted when they notice.

We know minis bring life to any TTRPG campaign so we always offer at least one. This month, one mini we offered people was a detailed Cleric Mini that wields a mace and is ready for action. It was sculpted by Brite Minis and printed by our friends at Omaha 3D Prints. Paint ‘er up or play as-is.
OwlBear RPG Mini from Reaper Miniatures
Us and owlbears? It’s a thing. Seeing one in the new D&D movie made us want to get all the mini OwlBears from Reaper Miniatures. So we got an assortment and gave folks either the Lowland Owl Bear or Skeletal Owl Bear. Both were sculpted by Julie Guthrie and are ready to paint or play as-is.
DnD 5E Level 8 Encounter by Floyd Cocklin -- Dungeon Crate Exclusive
Original encounters are the mainstay of our crate. This month it was the City of Salt & Ash: 8th Level DnD 5E encounter by Floyd Cocklin. While designed for 5E, with a few modifications, you can play it with most any fantasy TTRPG. Here’s what adventurers are up against: In the sun elf kingdom of Vunsvalden is a now-decimated city named Sol Anora. The sun elf tribes from that city have existed on the periphery of annihilation for generations. They implore your adventurers for help in ending the curse on the city once and for all. Are you up to the challenge?
Magical Item and Big Baddie 5E Stat Cards – Dungeon Crate Exclusive
None of our encounters would be complete without our exclusive Stat Cards. The magical item card this month is Aurnea’s Mask, a wondrous item of solid brass and very rare. The full-color illustrated card gives players a visual on the front and has handy, quick-reference 5E stats on the back for GMs.
